Chicken Alfredo

Having the proper ingredients can spruce up any meal. When it comes to sauces, I always keep some handy in the pantry. I think it is a must to have them, especially if you don’t have the time to make any. It cuts down the cooking time in half. Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of the good and bad pasta sauces, from Classico, Ragu, Barilla, Bertolli, Prego, Newman’s, Healthy Choice, Simply Natural just to name a few. They all have one thing in common, it’s all a matter of how much you want to spend and which flavor you favor the most. Cheaper = less flavor.

Ingredients: 1 jar Classico Roasted Poblano Alfredo Pasta Sauce, 1 Chicken Breast cut into long strips, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp 5th Season Italian Seasoning, 1/4 cup milk, spaghetti noodles/any type will do…

Heat oil and cook the chicken then add the Italian seasoning. Pour in the Alfredo Pasta Sauce and milk and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens a little. Boil pasta as directed. Add strained pasta into the sauce and serve.
