I went to a party once, and they served the best finger lickin’ good barbecue pork chop steak. Their secret was “Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce”. This sauce is available everywhere, even at the commissary in Italy. When we’re very hungry and there’s chicken around, this bbq sauce is our best friend.
Ingredients: BBQ sauce + meat = delicious meal
Slab the meat with generous coating of BBQ sauce on top side of meat. Heat oven at 425°F. Bake the chicken for around 15 mins. Turn the meat and slab a generous amount of BBQ sauce. Cook for another 15 or so minutes. Broil for a couple of minutes to get the charred over the grill yummy look. Check the internal temp according to USDA.
You don’t have to defrost the chicken! Just wash them thoroughly, cut through the meat so you get to see the bone. lower the temperature to 400°F, and thaw them out for about 5-10 minutes. Once the chicken is a bit thawed out, slab the bbq sauce. Always check the temp to make sure it is cooked all the way through!
