Scrambled Egg Sandwich

When you’re very hungry, the laziest way to cook would involve some eggs. These round thingies are your best friend in the kitchen. Yeah, get to know them very well. Make sure you always have some stored in the fridge. You can boil, deep fry, steam, bake, or eat them raw.. they’re the most versatile ingredients available. They’re good addition to recipes that have oodles of sauce. They’re also a good source of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. The yolk contains vitamins A, D, and E.

This sandwich requires: 2 Scrambled eggs + salt + pepper + garlic powder + dried cilantro + dried thyme + dried parsley (whatever dried herbs you’ve got in the pantry will do) = Egggggin goodness..

Sprinkle some  yummy hot sauce…preferably one of your favorites i.e. Texas Pete + a snoot of ranch dressing + toasted bun = mmmm…delicious lunch
