Stir-Fried Pork

Ingredients: Thinly sliced pork, onions, apple juice, ginger, garlic, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp red wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, red pepper flakes, & sesame seeds.

Fry everything in a pan on medium high heat, cook until all the juice thickens and the meat is very tender. Preferably served with rice and kimcheee. It can also be served wrapped in flour tortilla with sliced lettuce and rice.
