Curry Noodles

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ = Very good!

This is great for late dinners, especially when you don’t want to watch what you are cooking. You can just put everything in a pan and boil away… This recipe is only good for one serving. It is perfect for cold weather late night dinners, like right about now.

Step 1. Boil rice noodles in hot water until it is cooked. ( 1 serving portion)

Step 2: Place the noodles into a serving bowl and discard of the water.

Step 3: Add 2 1/2 cups of water, chopped meat of any kind(4-6 oz), 1/4 tsp dried garlic, dried onions, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp sesame oil, 3 bay leaves, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp(or more if you like it hot) hot-pepper paste in a pan. Let it boil for 15 minutes covered half way in medium heat.

Step 4: Add a curry cube and mix until it is dissolved. Cook for another couple of minutes until the meat is done and the onions are translucent. Add more water if you like it extra runny or cook it longer if you like it a bit thick.

Golden Curry has always been my favorite. I find that it taste very similar to Coco’s curry… Oh yeah, I would have definitely added more vegetables, but I was a bit lazy to chop ’em.
