I’m not having a fit, they were a bit over-cooked as you can see. The panko crust almost burnt, because I was afraid the dough is not cooked enough inside. Overall the bread came out fluffy. The contrast between the outer crust and the bread itself was worth the wait.

JCG_9658It’s very convenient to use left over curry that is reduced so the sauce is very thick.

JCG_9655Roll the dough as thinly as you can. If the dough is too thick it might not cook all the way through. If it’s not cooked all the way through, just place it in the oven for a little bit.

150ml Milk
1 tsp Yeast
250g Flour
1tsp Salt
1 Egg
20g Butter

Deep Fry
Panko bread crumbs
1 Egg
Oil

Curry
1 Garlic clove
1/2 Medium onion
1/2 Medium carrot
2 Small Potatoes
180ml Water
40g Curry powder
oil
