Pork Ribs Adobo

A different twist to adobo.

Fry/sir the ribs.

Mix everything to make the sauce.

Boil the ribs with the sauce mixture on medium heat until the sauce is reduced, or the ribs are about to fall apart.

Remove the ribs, once they’re done cooking

Reduce the sauce until it thickens. Glaze the ribs and serve with rice.

Nom nom nom. It’s delicious!

Sauce:
1/2 cup Light soy sauce
1/2 cup Rice vinegar
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1tbsp Fish sauce
3tbsp Brown sugar
1/3 cup Garlic
4 Bay leaves
1/4tsp Black pepper

Green onions (optional)

Sir/Fry
2 tbsp Cooking oil
3 1/2 lbs Pork Ribs (1 Rack)
