I love pizza.
This recipe makes Two 10″ pizzas @ 425°F for 20mins.
You can freeze the dough 🙂
3 1/2 cups All-Purpose-Flour/Bread Flour
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 1/3 cups water or more.. (add 1 tbsp at a time)
Toppings are what you want.
Add the cheese first, then the items that will give out a lot moisture last.
Don’t forget to poke holes on the dough. It will prevent bulging air holes. You can also flatten the dough with a rolling pin to your desired thickness, or leave as is so it looks rustic.Pizza sauce is easy. You can buy pre-made or use these ingredients to make one. Tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, italian seasoning, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, fennel, salt, & pepper. Mix and taste. I like my sauce very sweet with a lot of garlic.Bake on the top oven rack. I don’t have a pizza pan/stone, so I just turned over a baking sheet. Spread a bit of flour so the dough won’t stick to the pan. Before closing the oven, sprinkle/spray some water inside, the water will make the bread extra crispy.
