Marinade the pork no less than 1 hour in the fridge.
300g Pork Sirloin (about 3 thin pork sirloin chops) – cut into small thin pieces
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Shaoxing/Mirin wine
1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tsp Five Spice powder
1 large Garlic clove – grated (2-5 for more garlic taste)
1 inch ginger – grated
