Chocolate crackle cookies

Temperature: 350°F – 10-11 minutes      Makes 16 cookies

Mix liquid ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour

1/4 cup Powdered sugar

Mix everything until combined. The batter may get very tacky, just place it in the fridge for a couple of hours until it hardens and becomes mold-able. Divide into 16 pieces, roll into balls and then roll into 1/4 cup Powdered sugar. Place on a Baking sheet and bake in the middle rack for 10-11 minutes.
