Cranberry Scone

Temp 375°F Makes 8 Scones

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter cold cubed
Sift all dry ingredients.
Pinch butter until it is broken down into smaller pieces in the flour.

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix the liquid with the dry ingredients until it clumps up.
Knead in 1 cup fresh cranberries.
Place on a baking pan and dab with milk.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20mins

Sugar Glaze
1 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp powdered sugar
