Crescent Rolls

Temp 375°F Makes 12 pcs

2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
Mix all dry ingredients

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp warm water
1 egg
Mix all wet ingredients + dry ingredients
Knead for 2 minutes

2 tbsp very cold butter (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp very cold coconut oil (cut into small pieces)
Knead for 2 minutes

Cut into 12 pieces. Roll into crescent roll shape. Let it rise until it double in size.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
